Pin Oak, LLC, a real estate development corporation, owned by David Tanych and Meryl Lebowitz of Kirby, has opened an office at 8 Deans Lane in Lyndonville in conjunction with Northend Hardwoods. Pin Oak’s mission is to develop real estate that will compliment Vermont’s natural beauty, while working to anticipate and meet the needs of individual communities.
Pin Oak is presently developing and leasing commercial properties at their Deans Lane location, off Red Village Road. Tanych and Lebowitz will be working with interested parties to best utilize a 3000 square foot building space visible from I-91 with views of Lyndonville’s surrounding landscape.
In Burlington Pin Oak is in the process of customizing condominium housing, which will be offered to prospective buyers in 2009.
The property at 8 Deans Lane now houses Northend Hardwoods, a family owned business since 1994, that specializes in hardwoods, custom doors and moldings. Committed to “green” building practices, Northend Hardwoods has recently received its FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification, which assures that its certified wood products meet the standards for environmentally responsible forestry.
